When a Dank Tank misbehaves.
The most-searched Mule question there is, and it had nowhere to land.
My Dank Tank isn’t turning on, or isn’t hitting. What’s wrong?
There’s no power button to check — Dank Tank is draw-activated, so it fires when you pull on it, not before. If a draw is giving you nothing, the two usual causes are a dead battery or an empty tank. Dank Tank is rechargeable, so charge it and try again first.
If that doesn’t fix it, the fastest real answer is the dispensary that sold it to you, or the insert that came in the box. Charge time, connector type and indicator behavior vary by production run and aren’t something we publish on this site.
What does a flashing light or a code like P1 mean?
We don’t publish a guide to indicator lights or error codes here — they’re specific to the hardware and can differ between batches. If your Dank Tank is showing a code, the packaging insert or the dispensary you bought it from will have the accurate answer, not a guess from us.
How do I know when it’s empty?
Dank Tank comes in three fills — 1g, 2g and Terp Enhanced (MTEC) — so there’s a fixed, known amount of oil in every one. We don’t build in an on-device gauge or publish a fill-level guide. If you’re not sure how much is left, weigh it against a fresh one of the same size, or ask the dispensary.

Is it sativa or indica dominant?
Almost nothing Mule makes is a strict sativa or indica — most products are a hybrid blend of specific phenotypes. Instead of two boxes, every product sits on an effects scale with six stops: Super Sativa, Sativa, Sativa-dom Hybrid, Hybrid, Indica-dom Hybrid and Indica.

How will a Mule product make me feel?
We don’t describe products by a promised physical effect — how anything affects a given person is individual, and that’s not something we’re going to guess for you here. What we do publish is what’s actually in the product: strain lineage, cannabinoid ratio, and where it sits on the effects scale. Compare those, or ask a budtender — they see how people respond to specific products every day.
Which one is stronger, or how do I get something strong?
"Strong" mostly comes down to milligrams. A Kicker package carries 100mg THC total, split into slices of 10mg THC or 5mg THC depending on the flavor — check the package for your flavor’s slice size. Mini Kickers are 10mg THC per piece. Muleshine is 10mg THC per ¼ teaspoon. Nanoshine, the second syrup line, is 250mg THC in a 2 fl oz bottle.
More milligrams per serving is a bigger dose, but how strong it feels is still individual. A budtender can help match a product to what you’re after.
Is there a Mule product for day or night?
Rather than label anything for a time of day, every product’s position on the effects scale is public — the Sativa end through the Indica end — so you can pick based on where it sits, not a promise about what it will do. Ask a budtender which end tends to suit what you’re looking for.

What’s a Kicker?
A Kicker is a full-spectrum, strain-specific live resin gummy. Every package carries 100mg THC total — one or two gummies depending on flavor — scored into 10mg THC or 5mg THC slices so you can break off exactly as much as you want.
What’s the difference between a Kicker and a Mini Kicker?
Same recipe, smaller increments. A Mini Kicker pack is ten individual pieces at 10mg THC each, instead of one or two full-size gummies.
What’s in the QU4D?
The QU4D line packs more than THC into one gummy. The original QU4D runs 1:1:1:1 THC CBD CBG CBN. Day QU4D is 1:1:1:2 THC CBD CBN CBG, Nite QU4D is 2:1:4:1 THC CBD CBN CBG, and The Fivth adds a fifth cannabinoid at 5:5:5:5:1 THC CBD CBN CBG CBC.

Where can I buy Mule Extracts?
Through a licensed dispensary in Oregon or New Jersey — Mule doesn’t sell direct to consumers. The 501-shop directory covers both states; search it by ZIP, city or store name, or use your location to find the nearest one.
Can I order online, or does Mule ship?
